The GE-1606 AEG or airsoft electric gun is modelled on the M4A1 Mamba P2 carbine with keymod rail variant automatic assault rifle or machine gun, and this full size realistic airsoft replica is manufactured by SRC Airsoft in Taiwan. The GE-1606 is from SRC’s ST Sportline of airsoft AEGs which have been designed for all levels of airsoft and skirmish players. The main body on the SR4 Mamba P1 is manufactured from toughened ABS anti-shock polymer resin, with a metal gear box, outer barrel, charging handle, stock tube and metal trigger, which when all combined give the replica a great build quality and no flexing. The GE-1606 can fire in fully automatic and semi auto firing modes, and this gun features a V2 metal gearbox, with metal gears, 6mm metal bushing and an aluminum piston head, plus a hi-torque electronic long axle motor which ensures a fast rate of high velocity shooting. The gun features an adjustable Hop Up, giving the gun a manufacturers stated output velocity of 330fps and an estimated effective range of about 40-50 metres. The GE-1606 BB gun has been carefully balanced in UK legal two tone blue and black colours, so that the extended keymod barrel rail and tactical crane stock are blue, but the main body and external barrel plus extra parts remain black. The GE-1606 M4A1 has an ergo friendly design suitable for both left and right handed users, and the crane stock is adjustable up to 910mm to fit most sized users. The SRC Mamba P2 is supplied with an M4/M16 style hi-cap 300 x 6mm round polymer magazine. The gun is rear wired with a mini Tamiya style battery plug in the crane stock, and the gun is designed with be used with either hi power Ni-cad or lipo power packs, which are not included with the rifle but can be purchased in our store. We recommend only using 6mm high quality polished airsoft BB pellets with this AEG machine gun.
