We are currently offering free shipping on all orders to all UK mainland addresses.
For non UK mainland deliveries please contact us for shipping costs prior to placing your order.
- Our aim is to dispatch all items purchased within 48 hours of receipt of payment (except Saturdays and Sundays or Bank holidays)
- All items will be shipped through Royal Mail or UK Mail / Parcelforce which will be subject to the products size and weight, and will take circa 2 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive with customers (MAINLAND UK addresses only)
- Once goods are dispatched we cannot affect transit times to our customer. Transit commitments are provided by Royal Mail and UK Mail / Parcelforce.
- We only dispatch to the confirmed delivery address provided. Before you pay, please make sure your address matches the address you would like us to ship to.
- If there is a sizeable delay in your units arriving please contact us as we can provide the tracking number. However, please allow at least 5 working days after payment before contacting us.
- Please note as all the items are sent separately, at this time shipping can not be combined for any items.
- For large items, our consumer sales via this site are offered to UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, S Ireland, Channel Islands and The Isle of Man. However the postage cost for this item is only for UK Mainland. Please contact us for or see the listing for the latest prices for the other Areas such as Scottish Highlands (IV, SK, KW, IM plus some parts of PH and AB postcodes), N Ireland (BT Postcodes) and Republic of Ireland.
- Goods will only be dispatched via our delivery partner upon receipt of cleared payment.
- We aim to deliver your order to you within 3 to 5 working days of cleared payment.

Covid-19 & Product Returns - Where possible please refrain from returning items during the health crisis due to limitations with Royal Mail & courier networks and safety concerns due to cross-contamination. Please email us and we will extend all warranty periods from when we are informed and get your issues sorted out when the current health crisis has eased.
We do our best to serve each and every customer the best we can and we understand that on occasion you might need to return products.
- Please note we can only accept a return if the item is in its original packaging and with all the components.
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product to us within 7 days of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are refundable, but only if there is an error with the dispatch process.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping with original packaging included, and sufficient outer packaging to protect the unit in transit.
- Please note that under no circumstances will we refund for return P&P unless upon testing, a fault can be found with products.
- Please note that all items are fully tested once returned.
- Products received back damaged or with missing components will not be eligible for refund.
- On receiving a return item, we will normally process all refunds within 5 working days.
